Section 24(1) in The Rules For the Administration, Admission and Rehabilitation of Persons in Homes and Shelters, 1970
(1)The Superintendent may award any of the following punishments for the act or acts specified in rule 23 -(a)temporary cessation of visits of parents or guardians,(b)deprivation of play hours,(c)change to work of harder nature for a period not exceeding three months.
