Section 5(1) in M.P. Bhumiswami Evam Bataidar Ke Hiton Ka Sanrakshan Adhiniyam, 2016
(1)Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any other law for the time being inforce, the Bataidar shall have no right to create charge of any kind on the land under agreement in addition to the rights mentioned in the agreement.
