Section 17(1) in The Bharat Hydro Power Corporation Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertaking) Act, 1996
(1)The company shall, within ninety days from the appointed day or such further time as may be granted by the State Government, prepare and handover to the State Government a complete inventory of all fixed assets belonging to the company and all its documents.
