(2)The amount of price so determined by the Tribunal under sub- rule (1) shall be deposited by the protected tenant in such instalments, and within such time as may be fixed or extended by the Tribunal, but not exceeding in any case one year from the date of determination of the reasonable price:Provided that the Government may by general or special order, vary the number of instalments and extend the time provided for in sub-rule (2).
