Section 39(2)(i) in The Rajasthan Secondary Education Act, 1957

(i)the Board of Secondary Education for Rajasthan if established under Section 3 of the Ordinance here repealed shall be deemed to be the Board established for the purposes of this Act on and from the date on which it was so established as if this Act were then in force;
