Section 26(ii) in The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (Terms and Conditions of Appointment and Discipline of the Employees) Rules, 1982
(ii)No Class I Officer shall except with the previous sanction of the Board, permit his son daughter or other dependent to accept employment in any private undertaking with which he has official dealings or in any other undertaking having dealing with the Board ;
