Section 2(e) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Labourers-Farmers (Social Security and Welfare) Scheme, 2006
(e)"dependent" in relation to an agricultural labourer or farmer means any of the relatives of such member as specified below:-(i)Wife or husband, as the case may be;(ii)Children;(iii)Widow and children of the pre-deceased son; and(iv)Parents;
