(5)Nothing contained in this section shall apply where any land (not consisting of an entire village or not being a part village inam estate) granted on service-tenure to the institution falls under sub-clause (c) of clause (16) of section 3 of the Estates Land Act or item (c) of sub-clause (ii) of clause (17) of section 2 of this Act.
