5. Constitution, powers and functions of Nodal Agency.
The State Government may, by notification, appoint a Nodal Agency at the State level for implementation of TS-bPASS and to coordinate with District Collectors, Members of TS-bPASS Committee and to provide necessary logistic support/secretarial support/ administrative clearances for implementation of TS-bPASS in the State.
