(4)The President and members of the Institute and the Chairperson and members of the Governing Body, standing and ad hoc committees who are not officers in the Government shall be entitled to travelling and daily allowance at the rates prescribed from time to time by the Central Government under Supplementary Rule 190 and the executive decisions and orders there under.
