(2)In case of any such visitor refusing to permit himself to be searched, the Jailor may deny him admission; and the grounds of such proceeding, with the particulars thereof, shall be entered in such record as [the Government] [In section 3(1), 5, 6, 7, 11(2), 38, 41, 46, 56, 59, 60 and 62 the words 'the Government' substituted for the words 'His Highness' by Act X of 1996.] may direct.Chapter-X Offences in relation to persons.
