(3)The application for certificate of recognition as in [Form 34] [Substituted vide O.G. Extraordinary No. 1165/21.7.2005, S.R.O. No. 312/2005/20.7.2005.] shall accompany a registration fee Rs.5,000,00 (Rupees five thousand) only in shape of treasury challan under the head of account as notified by Government from time to time for each such applicant. The fees once paid is not refundable.
