Order 10/07/2019 Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that after rejection of bail application of the petitioner by the trial court, charge-sheet has been filed.
In view of the fact that after rejection of bail application of the petitioner by the trial court, the charge-sheet has been filed, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
Hence, the bail application preferred on behalf of the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is rejected. However, the petitioner is at liberty to move a fresh bail application before the trial court.
