Section 72(1) in The Maharashtra Industrial Relations Act, 1946
(1)Notwithstanding anything hereinbefore contained, the State Government may, at any time on the report of the Labour Officer or on its own motion, refer any industrial dispute between employees and employees to the arbitration of a Labour Court or the Industrial Court.
