39 29-03-2016Mr. Rajendra Kishore Prasad, whose name is appearing as counsel for the appellant, submits that at the time of filing the appeal, he along with Ramjit Prasad and Sanjay Priya are the panel lawyers of Bhojpur Rohtas Gramin Bank and now he and Ramjit Prasad are not in the panel whereas Mr. Sanjay Priya has joined in the Judicial Service. Under such circumstances, it is desirable that notice may be issued to the appellant, so he may collect the papers from him and to engage other counsel for conducting the case.
Let the office issue notice to appellant to collect the papers to Sri Rajendra Kishore Prasad, Advocate and to engage another counsel in this appeal for hearing.
