Section 18(4)(b) in Maharashtra Factories Rules, 1963

(b)[A fee of rupees two] [Substituted by G.N. of 1.8.1984 MGG Part I-L Extraordinary P.272] shall be payable for the issue of every duplicate of a certificate issued under sub-rule (2) and shall be paid by the occupier.
