Section 10(1) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1991
(1)Any member nominated by the Government under clauses (a), (b) and (c) of sub-section (2) of section 10, or the President appointed by the Government under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 36 of the Act may tender his resignation to the Government and such resignation shall take effect with effect from the date of its acceptance by the Government.
