Section 28(4) in Regulations of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University
(4)Subject to availability of funds, the University may at its discretion, grant the following loans and advances to the officers and other employees, as per the rules and orders of the Tamil Nadu Government issued, from time to time.(a)House Building Advance.(b)Marriage Advance.(c)Advance for the purpose of motor car, motor cycle, scooter and by-cycle.
