Section 16(1) in Jammu and Kashmir State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Licensing) Regulations, 2013
(1)The licence shall commence from such date as the Commission may specify as the date of commencement of licence.[Provided that within 30 days or such further period as the Commission may allow after the date of commencement of licence, the license shall pay to the Commission a fee as may be determined by the Commission from time to time in the manner as prescribed in these regulation.] [Added by Notification No. 52-JKSERC of 2016, Dated 7.10.2016 (w.e.f 17.12.2013).]
