2. The Appellant filed an RTI application dt.19.3.13 with the PIO, Lt. Governor's Secretariat seeking information against two points with regard to a complaint dispatched on 8.10.12 to Hon'ble Lt. Governor. The PIO vide his letter dt.28.3.13, apart from transferring the RTI Application to DCHFC also stated that the complaints received on 9.10.12 and 10.1.13 were forwarded to DCHFC. Not satisfied with the reply, the Appellant filed an appeal dt.9.4.13 with the Appellate Authority who vide his order dt.4.6.13 dismissed the appeal stating that DCHFC has provided all the material information. Being aggrieved with the reply, the Appellant filed a second appeal dt.28.6.13 before CIC.
3. The Commission after hearing the submissions and on perusal of the documents on record holds that complete information has been furnished and accordingly the case is closed at the Commission's end.
