Section 10(1)(a) in Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Members (Travelling & Daily Allowances) Rules, 1964

(a)Whenever any Government or semi-Government dues such as, house rent, water charges, electric charges, furniture rent, telephone charges, etc. are reported by the authority concerned to be outstanding against a member, the amount equivalent to such dues shall be deducted from the next salary or travelling and daily allowance bills of such member.
