Section 60(2) in Sri Konda Laxman Telangana State Horticultural University Act, 2007
(2)Notwithstanding anything in Dr.Y.S.R. Horticultural University, Act (Act No. 30 of 2007), all colleges and institutions affiliated to Dr.Y.S.R.Horticultural University and located in Telangana State shall, on and from the appointed day i.e. 23.12.2014 be dis-affiliated from the said University and thereupon they shall be deemed to have been affiliated to the University.
