(3)Such person shall report to the Kuladhipati the result of such inspection or inquiry and the Kuladhipati shall communicate through Kulpati to the Executive Council of the University or the management of the College as the case may be, his views with reference to the result of such inspection or inquiry and shali, after ascertaining the opinion of the Executive Council or the management thereon, advise the University or the management about the action to be taken :Provided that where an inspection or inquiry is caused on request of the State Government the Kuladhipati shall take action under this sub-section in consultation with the State Government.
