Section 15(1) in The National Trust For Welfare Of Persons With Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation And Multiple Disabilities Rules, 2000
(1)The appointment to the post of Chief Executive Officer shall be made through the Central Staffing Scheme of the Central Government:Provided that experience in the field of disability, rehabilitation, administrative capability and any other such conditions as the Central Government may consider appropriate shall be kept in view.
