Section 1 in The Orissa Special Armed Police Act, 1946
1. Short title, extent and commencement
(1)This Act may be called the Orissa Special Armed Police Act, 1946.(2)It extends to the whole of the Province of Orissa.(3)It shall come into force on such day as the Provincial Government may, by notification, appoint in this behalf.
