Section 67(12) in Rajasthan Muslim Wakf Regulations, 1964
(12)No person inspecting a record shall be allowed to bring into the room in which the inspection is made any pen or ink nor to use any pen or ink; nor shall be allowed to make any mark upon, or in any respect to mutilate, any record or paper which is being inspected. He may, if he so desires, make full notes in pencil of any paper that he is inspecting within the time allowed.
