32. Cost of collection and disposal of waste water.
(1)The Authority shall, by notification in the Gazette, fix the cost of collection and disposal of waste water according to its volume (which shall be such percentage of the volume of total water supplied to the consumer as may be prescribed) and also the minimum cost to be charge in respect of such collection and disposal.(2)The Authority may, in lieu of charging the cost of collection and disposal of waste water according to the basis referred to in sub-section (1) accept a fixed sum for a specified period on the basis of expected collection and disposal of waste water during that period.
