7. Selection Committee.
- The Selection Committee consisting of the following members shall select the Chairperson on the recommendation of the Advisory Committee, namely:-(a)the Speaker of the State Legislative Assembly;(b)the Chief Minister;(c)Leader of the Opposition in the State Legislative Assembly.
