Counsel for the petitioner submits that the authority has wrongly passed the order dated 17.08.2022.
In that view of the matter, issue notice to the respondents, returnable by six weeks.
Meanwhile, operation of the order dated 17.08.2022 (Annexure-1) passed by the authority shall remain stayed.
