02. 1. This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode.
2. The principal contention of the Petitioner is that the very area for which the lease of the sand quarry has been granted in her favour for a period of five years ending on 31st March 2022, has again been included in an auction notice dated 22nd June, 2021 (Annexure-15).
3. Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-Opposite Parties states that he will have to seek instructions.

5.
