% 02.02.2022 It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the matter is listed before the trial court for prosecution evidence on 15.3.2022. It is further submitted that prosecution has recorded the statement of one Suman Tyagi in November 2021, and after two years of the recording of FIR just to improve upon their case and in order to make the arguments advanced by him in the bail application. He further submitted that CCTV Footage was available with the police on the very first day and this CCTV Footage was never shown to Suman Tyagi when her statement under Section 161 is recorded but the CCTV Footage was shown to her after two years when she had made improvement in her statement given by her at the first instance.
Counsel for the petitioner seeks time to file the statements of public witnesses on record.
