Section 53(1) in The Maharashtra Specified Co-operative Societies Elections to Committees Rules, 1971
(1)The Returning Officer shall exclude from place fixed for counting of votes all persons except-(a)such persons as he may appoint to assist him in the counting;(b)person authorised by the Collector;(c)public servants on duty in connection with the election: and(d)candidates, and their Election and Counting Agents.
