Section 77(1) in Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Act, 2010
(1)If any difficulty arises as to the first constitution or reconstitution of any authority of the University or otherwise in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order, do anything not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, which appears to them necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty:Provided that no order under this sub-section shall be issued by the Government after the expiry of a period of two years from the commencement of this Act.
