Section 3(3) in Punjab Regulation of Wood Based Industries Rules, 2019
(3)Till the constitution of the State Level Committee under these rules, the earlier State Level Committee shall continue to function and decisions taken by it shall be deemed to have been taken by the State Level Committee constituted under these rules.
