(2)The Licensing Authority may, for reasons to be recorded in writing, suspend or cancel the licence granted to any weigher, sampler or classifier if he contravenes any of the conditions of the licence, or any of the provisions of the Act or Rules or if in the opinion of the Licensing Authority his continuance as a licensee is likely to be detrimental to the working of the warehouse.
