Section 3(1) in The M.P. Industrial Relations Act, 1960
(1)The State Government shall, by notification, appoint a person to be the Commissioner of Labour for the State and may appoint the following categories of officers to assist the Commissioner of Labour-(a)Deputy Commissioner of Labour;(b)Assistant Commissioner of Labour.
