ORDER
% 28.01.2026
1. Mr. Saif Khan, learned counsel for the Plaintiffs draws the attention of the Court to paragraphs 22 and 23 of judgment dated 24.12.2025, which read as follows:-
"22. Further, it is noted that the DNRs were directed on 13th September, 2023 to give the details of the concerned Registrants. Vide order dated 13th September, 2023, it was directed as under:
"7. The said Domain Name Registrars in the above table are granted a final opportunity to provide the details, and suspend the domain names which have not been suspended till date. The same shall be suspended and locked so as to ensure that they are not used to impersonate the Plaintiffs or their businesses.
8. If the same is not given effect to by the DNRs, within one week of communication of this order by the ld. Counsel for Plaintiff, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) is directed to take action in accordance with law against such DNRs in respect of their provision of services in India.
9. E-mails communicating today's order, and injunction order dated 12th November, 2020 be sent to all the DNRs including their Grievance Officers, wherever nominated, for compliance of the said CS(COMM) 498/2020 Page 1 of 2 This is a digitally signed order.

23. It is the Plaintiffs' case that till date, the details have not been submitted. Accordingly, the said DNRs are directed to provide the details of the registrants within a period of two weeks, failing which, the MeitY and DoT shall now suspend the services of the concerned DNRs."
2. It is evident from the direction passed in paragraph 23 that the concerned DNRs were directed to provide the details of the registrants within two weeks, failing which MeitY and DoT were to suspend the services of the concerned DNRs. It appears that the judgment is perhaps not in the knowledge of MeitY and DoT and it is, therefore, not known whether any steps have been taken.
3. Accordingly, Mr. Khan will communicate this order to DoT/MeitY and compliance affidavit shall be filed by DoT/MeitY within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order.
4. List the suit before concerned Joint Registrar for further proceedings on 30.03.2026, on the date fixed.
5. Ex parte ad interim injunction granted vide order 12.11.2020 is hereby confirmed and made absolute.
