Section 30(1) in The Delhi Vidyut Board Rules, 1997
(1)The Board shall, as soon as possible after the 31st day of March, in each year but not later than the 30th September submit to the Government an annual report of the Board's operations during the financial year ending on the 31st March as provided in Section 75 of the Act.
