Section 3(1) in The Maharashtra National Law University Act, 2014
(1)With effect from such date, as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, there shall be established the universities having the name and headquarters as specified in the Schedule :Provided that, different dates may be appointed for establishing different universities.
