Section 13(2) in Islamic University of Science and Technology, Kashmir Act, 2005
(2)The Committee shall consist of -(a)the Vice-Chancellor ;(b)not more than seven persons of high academic standing who shall be appointed in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes ;(c)the Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department, ex-officio ; and(d)the Secretary to Government, Haj and Auqaf Affairs Department, ex-officio.
