34. Power of State Government to issue directions.
(1)The State Government shall have power to issue directions to the University, from time to time, as may be required for compliance of the provisions of this Act and the regulations.(2)Without prejudice to the provisions of sub-section (1), the State Government may issue directions, when it requires, in regard to the following matters, namely,-(a)fees and charges;(b)raising of funds and borrowing money;(c)creation of posts and appointments;(d)revisions of pay-scales and up-gradation of scales.
