Section 3(ii) in The West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission (Balancing and Settlement Code) Regulations, 2008
(ii)Such monthly statement of accounts shall be computed from the daily statements in the form of Table A as provider in Annexure I of these Regulations showing corresponding figures of the generating station against each 15 minute time block separately.
