(3)The DMM/SDMM so sealed shall be kept in specially prepared box on which the Returning officer shall record the following particulars: -(a)The details of the Territorial Constituency;(b)The Particulars of Polling Station or Stations where the control unit / DMM / SDMM has been used;(c)Serial Number of Control Unit and Printer wherever used ;(d)Serial Number of DMM/SDMM used:(e)Date of Poll; and(f)Date of counting.
