84. Commissioner of Police or Magistrate to enforce delivery of possession of land.
(1)If the Arbitrator is opposed or impeded in taking possession of the land, under section 83, he shall request the Commissioner of Police, or as the case may be the District Magistrate to enforce the delivery of possession of the land to the Arbitrator. The Commissioner or the District Magistrate, as the case may be, shall take or cause to be taken such steps and use or cause to be used such force as may be reasonably necessary for securing the delivery of possession of the land to the Arbitrator.(2)For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby declared that the power to take steps under sub-section (1) includes the power to enter upon any land or other property whatsoever.
