(4)[ On and after expiry of one year from the date of commencement of the Central Motor Vehicles(Amendment) Rules, 1999, the reflectors referred to in this rule and in rule110 shall be of reflex type conforming to [AIS:057:2005 till the corresponding BIS specifications are notified under the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 1986(63 of 1986)] [Substituted by GSR 214(E), dated 18.3.1999 (w.e.f. 18.3.1999).
