1. File is placed before this Court vide order dated 07.12.2023 of the Hon'ble Court for verification of bank guarantee furnished by the decree holder.
2. Mr. Vipun Chauhan working as Senior Manager with ICICI Bank Limited (Ackruti Centre Point, Ground Floor, Near Telephone Exchange, MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai- 400093) virtually joined the proceedings and his statement has been recorded with respect to verification of the bank guarantee.
3. Mr. Vipun Chauhan has stated that the bank extended BG no. 0544BGR0172519 on 30thNovember 2023 for a sum of Rs. 5,41,55,176.00/-(Rupees Five Crore, Forty One Lakh, Fifty Five thousand, One Hundred and Seventy Six Only). The same is valid upto13th December 2024. It was originally issued on13th December 2018. The same has been issued at the instance of Vedanta Limited in This is a digitally signed order.
