Section 30C(3) in The Orissa Co-operative Societies Rules, 1965
(3)If in a Marketing Society where no individual member is found eligible to be a candidate for the Committee the number of the seats allotted for the individual in the Bye-Laws shall be kept vacant till the next Annual General Body Meeting of the Society when the seats may be filled up if possible. Such vacancy shall not affect the working of the Committee.
