Section 105(4) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1984
(4)If a request for reduction in the amount of pension to be commuted is made as provided in clause (b) of sub-regulation (2), the Director (Administration) shall authorise the payment of commuted value of pension with reference to the reduced amount.
