Section 20(1) in The Rajasthan District Boards Act, 1954
(1)Unless it is otherwise provided by rule made in this behalf, the Election Court shall have the same powers and privileges as a Judge of a Civil Court and may for the purpose of serving any notice or issuing any process or doing any other such thing, be entitled to employ, with the consent of the District Magistrate, any peon or other officer or clerk attached to the Court of the District Magistrate.
