Section 84(1) in The Orissa Municipal Employees' Pension Rules, 1989
(1)Soon after receipt of the verified pension papers, the Director shall sanction the pension in Form No. X and forward a copy of sanction order clearly indicating the amount of pension and the date from which it accrues, to the Executive Officer of the concerned Council.
